Rik Sorci è un musicista, compositore e cantante italiano, attivo nel panorama rock contemporaneo. Inizia a suonare a 16 anni, sviluppando una solida padronanza di chitarra e basso, strumenti che oggi rappresentano il nucleo della sua identità artistica e della sua produzione musicale.

Nel 2021 affronta un evento che segna profondamente la sua vita: un coma improvviso che lo costringe a fermarsi e a ridefinire le proprie priorità. Da sempre legato alla scrittura, trasforma quella passione in un progetto più sociale e condiviso, scegliendo la musica come mezzo espressivo principale.

Per quattro anni frequenta l’Accademia di Musica di San Cesareo sul Panaro, dove perfeziona tecnica, composizione, canto e presenza scenica. L’esperienza con le band dell’accademia e la partecipazione a diversi progetti indipendenti contribuiscono a consolidare il suo stile e la sua visione artistica.

Le sue influenze spaziano dai Rolling Stones agli Alice in Chains, passando per il rock alternativo più crudo e vato in musica diretta, autentica, senza filtri.

Nel 2026 pubblica il suo primo album, “Hate Trinks Love Pils”, un lavoro che racconta con sincerità il suo percorso personale e artistico. Attualmente è al lavoro su nuovi singoli, in uscita nei prossimi mesi, caratterizzati da un taglio più critico e sociale, con testi che affrontano dinamiche contemporanee e tematiche collettive.

Rik Sorci entra nel roster di Rebel Records ad agosto 2026, portando con sé una visione artistica in continua evoluzione: una musica che unisce introspezione, energia rock e una scrittura schietta.

“A Good Question”

“A Good Question” racconta la stanchezza profonda di una madre che porta addosso il peso del lavoro, delle responsabilità, delle giornate che sembrano non finire mai. In mezzo alla tristezza e all’esaurimento, però, resta una certezza che non vacilla: l’unica cosa che vuole che rimanga per sempre è ciò che ha creato con amore, suo figlio. Il brano è una dedica silenziosa, un promemoria di ciò che davvero conta quando tutto il resto crolla.

“Alright”

“Alright” racconta quel gesto istintivo di dire che va tutto bene quando dentro è il contrario. È la bugia detta per proteggersi, per non mostrare il caos che si porta addosso. Il brano nasce da un momento crudo e reale: sentirsi a pezzi, vomitare da un letto a castello, e trasformare quella fragilità in tre accordi che tengono insieme ciò che resta. Una confessione mascherata da normalità.

“Asleep”

“Asleep” è una risposta implicita a chi si mette al centro del proprio dolore facendosi vittima, lamentandosi senza vedere oltre sé. Parla di quelle persone che urlano la sofferenza per essere ascoltate, ignorando chi invece sta male davvero e lo vive in silenzio, senza chiedere nulla. È un brano che mette a confronto due modi opposti di affrontare il dolore: chi lo usa per attirare attenzione e chi lo sopporta senza far rumore.

 “Fall Right Now”

“Fall Right Now” racconta quel momento sospeso in cui le indecisioni mordono e i dubbi fanno tremare le certezze. È la sensazione di cadere mentre tutto intorno giudica, e l’unico modo per andare avanti sembra arrendersi alle critiche, lasciarle scivolare addosso finché non diventano spinta. Un brano che parla di fragilità, ma anche del coraggio di restare in piedi proprio quando si cade.

“I’ll Be Waiting” è una dichiarazione d’amore semplice e totale: la promessa di restare, di aspettare senza fretta e senza paura.
